Borg combined ice-cold composure with relentless fitness, winning 11 majors before age 26. His good looks and long hair drew screaming crowds, earning him comparisons to a rock star.

Sudden Exit and Legacy

Burned out by the grind and his fierce rivalry with McEnroe, Borg shocked the sport by retiring at 26. He later built a successful fashion brand and remained a revered figure in tennis.
